Grief Reiki was an earth angel sent to me and was a rock to me when I needed it.

What Grief Reiki offers is a blend of support group and a formal class. There is a textbook for the class (included in the cost) and homework to complete every week, but don’t let that intimidate or deter you. There is a clear process that Grief Reiki guides participants through and the steps are sequential and cumulative.

Father’s Day Without My Dad

We convince ourselves that forgiveness is “crazy talk”. But….he did this. But….she said that. It would be WRONG to forgive.
